Some services are limited for parts ordered online. This is due to complexity requiring quoting on job time.
Laser Cutting
Up to 6kw of laser cutting power, with the ability to cut up to 20mm Steel Plate. We can cut Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper and Brass.

NC bending up to 3200mm length, depending on material thickness.

We offer welding of Steel, Aluminium and Stainless steels all with Tig or Mig welding. Grinding of welds is also available.

Available Materials
The grade of steel is indicated by the number, which represents it’s hardness and strength. For stainless Steels and Aluminium the numbers represent the additives that give the material its characteristics
G250 Steel
The most common grade of Mild steel, suitable for most projects.
G350 Steel
A higher end Mild steel with excellent formability and weldability
G400 Steel
A through Hardened steel, used in high wear and impact applications.
G450 Steel
Through Hardened, Abrasion resistant steel. Up to 4 times the wear life of mild steel
Zincanneal
zinc/iron alloy-coated steel with a smooth matte surface
Galvabond
A through Hardened steel, used in high wear and impact applications.
3003 aluminium
Through Hardened, Abrasion resistant with up to 4 times the wear life of mild steel
5005 Aluminium
